Download the installer, verify the checksum if you want, then install it normally. When support is actually needed, Bedrock will provide your support key separately.

Latest release labels option 4 as Install RustDesk (Remote Desktop Access) and keeps the v5.6 support-status fixes.

Install

sudo bash install-support.sh

Download install-support.sh.
Open a terminal in the download location.
Run the install command above.
After install, open Bedrock Agent Support from the app menu for day-to-day support access.

When you actually need support

Best option: open the app menu and search for:

Bedrock Agent Support to update, enable, or disable support

If an older installer is already present, open Bedrock Agent Support and choose the update option first.

If support is being enabled, the script will prompt for your Bedrock support key. We provide that key separately when support is needed.

Terminal fallback: sudo /opt/agent-support/support-on.sh

Optional guided version: sudo support-on.sh --support-key '<key from Bedrock>'
